The Aura Sweater is a love letter to the hazy, blurred beauty of silk mohair. By blending three strands for a thoughtful colour fade, this generously sized V-neck creates a luminous gradient that feels like a sunrise on your needles.

MATERIALS
Yarn:
Approx. 2190 (2410, 2630, 2870, 3080) (3330, 3540, 3780, 4000) yds / 2000 (2200, 2400, 2620, 2820) (3040, 3240, 3460, 3660) m of lace-weight yarn.
Note: The whole sweater is knitted holding 3 strands of lace-weight yarn together. The yardage above represents the total amount of yarn used. In the sample I used:
Hieno by Aara Yarn, in colourway Puuteri (pink).
Glowhair by West Wool, in colourway Glass.
Silk Mohair by Isager, in colourways 41 (blue) and 67 (dusty pink).
Kidsilk Lace by Hedgehog Fibres, in colourway Zephyr (speckled).
Mohair Lace by The Wandering Flock, in colourway Peach Pop and Neon Pink.
Needles: US 8 (5 mm) and US 4 (3.5 mm) circular needles, 32” (80 cm) long, and dpns in each size if not using magic loop method for small circumference knitting.

Finished Chest Circumference: 36 (40, 44, 48, 52) (56, 60, 64, 68)” / 90 (100, 110, 120, 130) (140,150, 160, 170) cm. Choose a size with approx. 8-10” (20-25 cm) of positive ease. Sample shown in size 4.
GAUGE
16 sts and 28 rows = 4” (10 cm) on larger needles, in Stockinette stitch, holding 3-strands of Silk Mohair together, after blocking.
