A diary for all my knitting and making
My Current Design Favourites
What do I wear the most right now from my own designs? Right now, these four pieces feel especially close to my heart, even in real life. Each one carries its own mood and rhythm, but together they reflect so much of what I love about knitting: texture, thoughtful construction, and that gentle balance between comfort and beauty.
Fleur Shawl
There’s a special kind of magic in Advent knits: the slow rhythm of daily making, the quiet anticipation of what comes next, and the joy of colour unfolding one shade at a time. I love how any type of advent knit or project will build the joyful atmosphere all throughout the month of December. So here’s one idea for you: Fleur Shawl.
Pattern release: Usva Shawl
Usva truly celebrates the kind of knitting I return to time and time again—textures that soothe, shapes that wrap and comfort, and yarn that brings it all to life. The shawl was originally designed for Laine Magazine’s Finnish Knits special volume.
